Michael A. Bryant
As a husband and father, I not only understand the legal aspect of personal injury and criminal defense, but I also know how it affects families. MINNEAPOLIS (March 31, 2008) Michael Bryant has been named as one of Minnesota's Top 40 Personal Injury Lawyers by Minnesota Law & Politics Magazine for the fourth time in five years. The 2007 Minnesota's Top 40 Personal Injury Lawyer survey was published in the June/July edition of Minnesota Law & Politics Magazine. Over 18,000 ballots were sent to randomly selected attorneys across Minnesota. Minnesota attorneys were asked to name peers that they considered to be outstanding lawyers in the field of personal injury law.

Joe Crumley
Joe enjoys helping injured people and their families to secure just and fair compensation. He has been quite successful since his very first trial, when a Hennepin County jury awarded six times what the insurance company had offered. Since then, he has won the largest verdict in Minnesota for a shoulder injury ($325,000), and, with Jim Schwebel, the largest award in Minnesota for an ankle injury ($461,000). He was recently able to conclude the largest motorcycle injury settlement in Minnesota, for $1.5 million.

Stacy Lundeen
Stacy is a 2007 graduate of William Mitchell College of Law. She comes to Bradshaw & Bryant after having worked as a law clerk for the firm during her summer breaks from law school. During law school, Stacy volunteered with the Minnesota Justice Foundation for which she was specially recognized at graduation. Prior to attending law school, Stacy worked in healthcare for seven years as a Radiologic Technologist in various hospital departments. Originally from Pennsylvania, she has lived in the St. Cloud area for over five years now. She is married and the mother of two young children.

Andrew Pearson
As a returned Peace Corps volunteer, I strive to seek justice for the disadvantaged. I believe in fighting to uphold constitutional rights for all people. My focus is representing criminal defendants and assuring them that I will go the extra mile to fight for their rights. In 2005 I was recognized by the Minnesota Criminal Defense Lawyers Association for my use of the battered child syndrome in a murder case.

John H. Bradshaw
Everyone has problems and sometimes they are overwhelming. I have always aimed towards helping people deal with that kind of obstacle. I have been fortunate in having a widely varied education and background in many walks of life. I am married, with three children. I appreciate that life is often complex, seldom easy and that our clients need support and attention. My focus has been on the personal and technical aspects of complex injury litigation and helping my clients mend their lives.

Nicole Bettendorf
Nicole, a recent graduate from the University of North Dakota School of Law, joins Bradshaw & Bryant after working two years as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Donna Dixon in Roseau County. In addition to her clerkship, Nicole was the Roseau County interim DWI court coordinator, and taught a business law course as an adjunct faculty in conjunction with the Minnesota State Community and Technical College. Prior to her judicial clerkship, Nicole worked as a law clerk for Bradshaw & Bryant during her summer breaks from school, and completed an internship with the Sixth Judicial District Public Defenders Office her senior year of undergraduate school.

Paralegals

Deb Mayer
Deb has worked as a paralegal for Bradshaw & Bryant PLLC for over 30 years and has worked primarily in the St. Cloud office since it opened in 1996. Deb is the mother of two adult sons who have been in and around the office their whole life. Deb still lives near the original Eden Valley office. Deb has been involved in some of the office’s biggest trials and concentrates in the area of complex litigation.

Julie Kummet
Julie has worked for Bradshaw & Bryant PLLC for over 25 years. She has worked as a paralegal handling the needs of individual clients and helping move cases along. Julie is married and the mother of two sons and still lives in Eden Valley near the original Bradshaw & Bryant Office. Julie has been involved in numerous trials, arbitrations and hearings. She has worked with all of the lawyers in the firm in continuing to work and process claims for injured clients.

Brenda Salzer
Brenda joined Bradshaw & Bryant PLLC at the end of 2004 as a legal assistant. Brenda has extensive experience working in personal injury having worked in the St. Cloud area for over 12 years. Brenda is married and the mother of two young daughters and has lived in the Stearns County area her whole life. Brenda is skilled in the day-to-day communication with clients, preparing cases for litigation and in areas of document production and discovery.

Brandice Crider
Brandice has worked for Bradshaw & Bryant PLLC for 4 years.  She was hired on as a Legal Secretary and was promoted to a Paralegal in 2006.  Brandice grew up in Clarissa, MN, but has been living in St. Cloud area for the past 5 years.  She is also married and is a mother of a young son.

Stacy Kimmons
Stacy has worked for Bradshaw & Bryant PLLC for 8 years.  She was hired as a Legal Secretary and promoted to being a No-Fault Paralegal. Stacy lives in Bowlus, MN and is the mother of two young children.  She works in helping clients get their medical bills and wage loss paid through the AAA arbitration process. 

Gail Schmit
Gail Schmit joined Bradshaw & Bryant PLLC in June of 2007 as a Paralegal. She has over 15 years of experience working in automobile and insurance law. Gail grew up in Benton County, and has now lived in St. Cloud for the past several years.  Gail focuses on processing and preparing injury cases whether by settlement or trial.

Mandy Jacobsen

Mandy Jacobsen started at Bradshaw & Bryant as a paralegal intern and was hired full time in September of 2008. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Communications from Minnesota State University, Mankato and a Associates in Applied Science Degree in Paralegal Studies from Minnesota School of Business, Waite Park. Mandy is originally from Granite Falls, MN and has been living in the St. Cloud area for 4 years. She is the mother of a young son. Mandy helps cases move along and handles the day-to-day needs of clients.
